Research Resources
The Danish American Archive and Library (DAAL) has a variety of resources available for researchers, genealogists and other interested persons for use online and in its office in Blair, Nebraska. These include:
- The Archive's main site with current and past newsletters and descriptions of various collections available at the Blair office with some sample digitized materials
- The Archive's Digital Archive (this site) containing various large collections of digital images made publicly available
- A second digital archiving system containing a wide variety of digital images, catalogs and recordings (audio and video) available in the Archive's office in Blair
- A Facebook page focused on activities at or related to the Archive
- A searchable catalog of the holdings of the Archive.

The two principal sister institutions of the Archive are The Museum of Danish America (Elk Horn, Iowa) and Grand View University (Des Moines, Iowa).
The Museum of Danish America has a large on-line collection of interest to anyone of Danish ancestry.
Grand View University has a large collection of digitized materials related to Danish Immigration to America as well as other more general references.
